Do I need to register to place an order?
- No, it is not necessary to register but by doing so you can save your shipping address for future purchases, keep an eye on the order from your personal area and receive all the news via newsletter.
I am interested in a product that is not available, how can I get it?
- You can send us an email at fillyjewels@icloud.com specifying the product you wish to purchase and we will do our best to find it.
What material are the jewels made of?
- All our jewels are made in 925 Silver or Stainless Steel and are Made in Italy.
Is the jewelry covered by warranty?
- Our jewelry is covered by warranty for those rare manufacturing defects, however we do not cover alterations due to wear.
I would like to place an order how can I pay for it?
- You can pay for your order via PayPal, credit or debit card, bank transfer.
Can I pay on delivery?
- We do not pay on delivery.
Does jewelry contain nickel and can it tarnish?
- All jewels are nickel-free, therefore hypoallergenic and do not oxidize with wear / time.
